organization and Code Dezigns is a perfect example of the same, likeminded,
strong people and aces in their respective fields of work.
Shiraz Shamsi, Business Head
As Business Head for Code Dezigns, Shiraz Shamsi is responsible for
all the business that they handle in the US. He sits in the New Jersey
office and handles the clients, coordinating the work with the Delhi
office. Mr. Shamsi brings with him more than 8 years of practical
experience in his field to Code Dezigns and prior to that he did his
Bachelors (IT) and MBA (IT) He has also previously worked for reputed
organizations like Sapient, WNS, Genpact, Naukri.com etc. He is a
practical problem solver with a creative and lateral mind and doesn’t
mind taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
Richa Sarabahi, Creative Head
In her role as Creative Head, Richa Sarabahi is responsible for
overseeing all activities within Code Dezigns’s creative department.
Ms. Sarabahi is a BFA (Applied Art) from the Delhi College of Art.
Her role is to participate in all phases of UCD process, gather
and review user and task data from a variety of sources and practicing
usability engineering methods, developing prototypes of various
detail and fidelity, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive
prototypes, developing designs for web-based and desktop software
products. She’s an expert in all the tools required to develop
user-friendly User Interface with sound knowledge on Human Factors.
